FUFA Registration: FIFA - Government meeting date set
The extended awaited meeting among Federation of International Football Associations (FIFA) officials and also the Government of Uganda has been fixed on the 12th July 2016 in Kampala, Uganda.
Federation of Uganda Football Associations (FUFA) official 'mouth-piece' Ahmed Hussein confirms;
NCS General Secretary Nicholas Muramagi maintains FUFA have to register and they have been provided a fresh window grace period.
Originally, FUFA plus the rest on the sports associations had been offered as much as the 30th June 2016 to finish all of the registration norms.
FIFA's visit follows an earlier meditation meeting held in between FUFA officials and Charles Bakabulindi (minister of state for Sports) which took place in the minister's offices (Embassy House in Kampala) that took location on 20th June 2016.
Recently in the onset of July 2016, FIFA Monitoring Committee visited the Israel-Palestine to recognize options that could enable the improvement of football inside the region.
The mandate in the committee was extended in the 66th FIFA Congress in Mexico.
The committee also contains leaders of each the Israel and Palestinian football associations.
